NEWCASTLE SELLS ISKUT RIVER CLAIMS

VICTORIA, BC, June 30, 2010 – Newcastle Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:NCM) is pleased to announce that it has, subject to regulatory acceptance, agreed to sell its six mineral claims located in the Iskut River area of northwestern British Columbia to Skyline Gold Corporation for $800,000.
Newcastle’s President, Michael Romanik, said “This sale makes Newcastle a much leaner company, while still leveraging the upside potential of the Iskut deposit with our share position in Skyline Gold. This will also allow us to minimize dilution for our existing shareholders. Newcastle can now focus entirely on our large Pickle Lake land package as well as our strategic land position in the South Swayze greenstone belt near Trelawney Resources.”

NEWCASTLE UPDATES CARSCALLEN EXPLORATION PROGRESS

VICTORIA, BC, June 29, 2010 – Newcastle Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:NCM) is pleased to report that SGX Resources Inc. has received the results of its recent mobile metal ion analysis of the Carscallen property located 21 kilometres southwest of Timmins, Ontario. The soil sampling found four anomalous zones that coincide with or overlap the geophysical anomalies Newcastle identified in April.
SGX Resources has recommenced drilling, with a four- or five-hole program planned to test these targets.

NEWCASTLE SELLS YUKON GOLD PROSPECT

VICTORIA, BC, June 25, 2010 – Newcastle Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:NCM) is pleased to announce that it has, subject to regulatory acceptance, agreed to sell its interest in 25 lode quartz mineral claims located in Yukon Territory. The purchaser, First Lithium Resources Inc., will issue 1,200,000 shares to Newcastle as consideration.

NEWCASTLE OPTIONS CLAIMS ADJOINING PC GOLD’S PICKLE CROW GOLD PROPERTY

VICTORIA, BC, June 17, 2010 – Newcastle Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:NCM) is pleased to announce that it has, subject to regulatory acceptance, negotiated an option to purchase up to 100% of 21 mineral claims covering 2,960 hectares in Connell Township and Dona Lake Township in northwestern Ontario.
These claims adjoin PC Gold Inc.’s Pickle Crow property within 200 metres of their No. 20 Vein, at which PC Gold intersected 20.96 grams of gold per tonne over 0.5 metres at a depth of 126 metres in February 2010. Newcastle’s Pickle Lake gold prospect now comprises 10,400 hectares or about 100 square kilometres.

EXPLORATION UPDATE ON NEWCASTLE’S CARSCALLEN PROPERTY

VICTORIA, BC, June 3, 2010 – Newcastle Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:NCM) is pleased to announce that SGX Resources Inc. has completed a detailed soil sampling program on Newcastle’s Carscallen Property located in the West Timmins area of Ontario.
Samples were sent to SGS Minerals Services in Toronto for mobile metal ion (MMI) analysis of pathfinder elements. This will allow SGX and Newcastle to prioritize the anomalous areas prior to the commencement of a second diamond drilling program. This drilling program is expected to begin shortly after results of the MMI analysis are received.
